I offer a free initial 15 minute phone consultation, where we can chat about any issues you have to do with your pet.
If you would like to move forward after the initial telephone consultation, I will forward you a form to fill out and send back to me. This form is for any vet referrals / findings / treatments, surgeries / medications or history you have for your pet.
Once I receive the completed form, I will contact you to arrange a time to visit your home or work place.
Prepayment is required for all appointments.
if you have booked an appointment via the products page and need to cancel your appointment, we require 48hours notice.
If you have booked via the products page and would like to keep your appointment, but change the day or time we can contact you for some other options.
